Information submitted through forms
Contact and website forms may ask for a name, email address, phone number, company or project name, location, business details, current systems or vendors, website goals, and notes you choose to provide.
QuantumForm only asks for the information needed to understand and respond to a project, consultation, or website request.

Form details are used to reply to the request, understand the project, prepare next-step recommendations, and quote fixed-scope work where appropriate. Submitting a form does not add you to a newsletter.
Form submissions are delivered through FormSubmit to the QuantumForm contact inbox. The site also uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic and page usage.
Inquiry details may be kept as part of normal business correspondence and project history. To request correction or deletion of a submitted inquiry, contact QuantumForm through the contact page.
