Information you choose to submit
The consultation form asks for your name, email, a broad help category and a short description. Organization, project, city or region, timing and phone information are optional. This information is used to assess fit, respond to the inquiry and, if you proceed, prepare or administer an engagement.
Do not submit passwords, access tokens, MFA codes, private keys, detailed security layouts, government identifiers, payment-card data, health information or other sensitive records through the website form.
Form processing
The website currently uses FormSubmit to transmit inquiry-form content to QuantumForm’s business email. FormSubmit therefore processes the submitted form data as part of delivery. The form includes a honeypot field and may use the provider’s anti-spam checks.
Website analytics
The website uses Google Analytics for page-level and non-sensitive interaction measurement. Instrumented events may include page path, page type, service, CTA name and location, form start, validation error, submit, success, failure, disclosure expansion, and email or phone link clicks. Analytics events must not contain names, email addresses, phone numbers, organization names or free-form inquiry content.
Cloudflare may also process network and security information when delivering and protecting the website. Aggregate Cloudflare analytics, when available, are used to understand traffic, device mix, performance and errors.
Campaign context
Non-sensitive campaign parameters such as source, medium and campaign may be preserved during the current browser session and attached to the inquiry for attribution. Free-form form content is not copied into analytics events.
Use, access and retention
Inquiry information is used for communication, fit assessment, project scoping, reasonable record-keeping and legal or security needs. Access should be limited to QuantumForm and service providers needed to deliver the website, email or engagement. Retention depends on whether the inquiry becomes an engagement and on applicable business, tax, legal and security requirements.
Third-party links
The website may link to public portfolio sites or other third-party services. Their privacy practices and content are outside QuantumForm’s control.
